paprika

oregano

butter

tomatoes, canned whole, drained and cut up

feta cheese

black olives, sliced

How to Make Chicken with Feta and Tomatoes

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook rice in 2 cups boiling water for 20 minutes.
  • 2Meanwhile, cut chicken into bite-sized cubes.
  • 3Combine flour with paprika and oregano.
  • 4Dust chicken cubes with flour mix lightly, reserving remaining flour mixture.
  • 5In a large deep skillet, melt half of the butter.
  • 6Cook chicken until lightly browned.
  • 7Remove and reserve.
  • 8Add remaining butter to pan.
