Chicken with Cranberries

Ingredients

8chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless

1 tspoil

3/4 conion, thinly sliced

1 cketchup
-
1-3 tspthai chili sauce
-
1/2 cbrown sugar
-
1 1/2 Tbspvinegar
-
1 1/2 tspdry mustard
-
1 can(s)whole jellied cranberries
-
1/4 cgreen onions, chopped
How to Make Chicken with Cranberries
- Preheat the overn to 400 degrees F. Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish that has been greased. Bake 25 minutes uncovered.
- While chicken is cooking, saute the onion until softened. Remove from the heat and add the ketchup, Thai chili sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and cranberries.
- Remove the chicken from the oven after the 25 minutes and drain any liquid. Pour the sauce over the chicken and bake for another 10 - 15 minutes more. Garnish with green onions and serve.
