Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 large chicken breasts, halved and cut into cubes
- 2 - chayote squash, diced
- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- - salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
How To Make chicken with chayote

Step 1Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken, squash, potato and onion. Cook and stir 10 minutes.

Step 2Stir in garlic and cook until potatoes are tender and chicken is no longer pink in the center, 5 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper to serve.
