This is a very tasty recipe and easy to make. My husband loves it.

Ingredients

  • 8 - boneless chicken breast
  • 1 box chicken broth (16 oz)
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup crumbled gorganzola cheese
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil drained
  • 1/4 cup capers

How To Make chicken with a gorganzola cream sauce

  • Step 1
    You may grill or bake chicken how you prefer. Set aside and keep warm.
  • Step 2
    In a medium sauce pan, add chicken broth and cook over high heat until reduced by half.
  • Step 3
    Stir in cream and reduce heat to medium, stirring frequently until mixture is reduced by a 1/3.
  • Step 4
    Add Gorganzola, garlic and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
  • Step 5
    Stir in tomatoes.
  • Step 6
    Serve over chicken and top with capers.
