Ingredients
- 10 chicken wings, separated with tips discarded
- water
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- salt and pepper
- paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- juice of 1/2 lime
- scallions, for garnish
How To Make chicken wings with sweetened condensed milk

Step 1Place the wings in a bowl. Add enough water to cover them and mix in the baking soda. Let sit for 10 minutes. Drain and dry them off. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Step 2Add the oil and butter together in a sauce pan. Add the chicken in batches and fry until golden. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the chicken. Cook 10 more minutes. Garnish with scallions.
