Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into chunks
  • 1 cup shiitake mushroom sliced and stemmed
  • 1 small onion cut into rings
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoons each soy sauce, fish sauce, & rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup scallions chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped

How To Make chicken w ginger ( kai phat khing)

  • Step 1
    In a large skillet or wok add the oil. Add onion rings and garlic cook until softened. Add the mushrooms and chicken and cook until chicken is opaque
  • Step 2
    Stir in ginger then add the soy sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar and sugar cook until sauce has reduced a bit . Remove from heat and add scallions and cilantro
