Salsa verde is one of our favorites so I decided to come up with a chicken recipe to eat with it. Very simple and taste great. I served this with Almond Lime Coucous, I will post this also, and a salad and garlic bread.

Ingredients
- 4 - boneless chicken breast, pound out to make flat and even
- 1/2 - bag nacho flavored chips, crushed
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic, grated or minced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 - lime, zest and juice
- 1 - jar salsa verde
- - salt and pepper
- 1 - lime for chicken when done
How To Make chicken verde

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine,lime juice, zest, sour cream, garlic and chili powder. Pat chicken dry with paper towel, salt and pepper. Spread sour cream mixture on both sides of chicken, roll both sides of chicken in chip crumbs. Bake on baking rack for 35 minutes or until done. Squeeze juice from 1 lime over chicken when done and pour salsa verde on top of each piece of chicken before serving.
