Ingredients
- 3 - chicken breasts--cubed
- 3/4 package broccoli florets--- frozen
- 3/4 package cauliflower--- frozen
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 2 cups chedder cheese--- grated
How To Make chicken veggies casserole

Step 1Take the cubed chicken and sautee until cooked through. set aside

Step 2I use fresh broccoli and cauliflower and pre-cook, yet still crisp, in the microwave. Mix together in a 9 x 13 casserole. (I like to spray pan with pam.)

Step 3Layer chicken over top of vegetables.

Step 4Mix together, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise and curry and layer on top of chicken and veg.

Step 5Cover with chedder cheese and Bake 350* for 30 min. Enjoy
