My Sister made this for me and it has become another one of my favorites.

Ingredients

  • 3 - chicken breasts--cubed
  • 3/4 package broccoli florets--- frozen
  • 3/4 package cauliflower--- frozen
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 2 cups chedder cheese--- grated

How To Make chicken veggies casserole

  • Step 1
    Take the cubed chicken and sautee until cooked through. set aside
  • Step 2
    I use fresh broccoli and cauliflower and pre-cook, yet still crisp, in the microwave. Mix together in a 9 x 13 casserole. (I like to spray pan with pam.)
  • Step 3
    Layer chicken over top of vegetables.
  • Step 4
    Mix together, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise and curry and layer on top of chicken and veg.
  • Step 5
    Cover with chedder cheese and Bake 350* for 30 min. Enjoy
