1Using 2 large frying pans devide the 3/4 cup oil equally into the pans. In one pan add the garlic salt, then in the other pan put 3/4 Tbsp of Mrs Dash. Turn heat on both pans and allow to get hot, watch your heat, but keep them hot. In the garlic pan add the cut up chicken and keep turning, coating with oil and garlic salt. In the other pan add veggies to the Mrs Dash mix and keep turing to coat with oil and Mrs Dash. Add 1/2 can of bean sprout water with bean sprouts (reserve other half of water in case needed) to veggies. On both pans keep turning contents to blend well and allow to cook evenly.
2Add pepper and big handful of cheese to chicken after it starts to turn white and continue cooking.
Place lid on top of veggie mix to allow equal cooking. Cook till tender.
3Keep turning chicken to allow to cook and oil to cook down. Keep watching so cheese doesnt turn brown, stir well while cooking.
4When veggies are ready, add to chicken mixture and mix real well. Continue to cook and stir.
5Scramble the 4 eggs well. Set aside.
6When mixed completely and done, add scrambled eggs and toss lightly.
7Serve over prepared white rice, sprinkle with remaining cheese to each plate and serve!
