chicken veggie casserole
My husband loves this dish! He's all the time wanting me to fix it. I fixed this at a family get together recently and it was a hit!!! It's a complete meal because it has your meat and veggies in it. Give it a try. :)

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 cups mixed vegetables, frozen
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 - sleeve of ritz crackers, crushed
- - shredded cheese
How To Make chicken veggie casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Mix layers of chicken(I buy my chicken precooked, but whatever kind of chicken you choose to use, precook it and pull apart), cr of mushroom, sour cream, and frozen mixed veggies in a casserole dish.

Step 3Sprinkle with desired amount of shredded cheese.

Step 4Cover with sleeve of crushed ritz crackers.

Step 5Melt butter and pour over crackers.

Step 6Bake for around 45 minutes.

Step 7Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes. Then enjoy!!!
