Ingredients
- 2 cans veg-all mixed vegetables
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can green limas (optional)
- 2 cans sliced water chestnuts
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/4 cups mayonaise
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 - sleeve crushed ritz crackers
- 1 stick butter, melted
How To Make chicken veggie casserole

Step 1In a large bowl mix first seven ingredients until well blended.

Step 2Fold in diced chicken and pour into 9 X 13 baking dish lightly coated with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle crushed crackers over top and drizzle with melted butter. *Canned fried onions may be substituted for crackers. Sprinkle over top during the last 15 minutes of cooking.

Step 3Preheat oven to 375 and bake 40 to 45 minutes or until slightly bubbly. Goes nicely with a fruit salad.
