Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into 2 inch strips
- 2 cups fresh broccoli flowerets
- 1 medium onion, cut into chunks
- 1 cup fresh snow peas, strings removed
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
How To Make chicken & vegetable stir-fry

Step 1Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring well. Add chicken to marinade, mixing well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Step 2Preheat wok to medium high heat. Add chicken mixture and stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 3Remove chicken from wok, set aside, keep warm.

Step 4Add broccoli and onion; stir-fry 2 minutes.

Step 5Add snow peas, celery and mushrooms; stir-fry 2 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

Step 6Combine cornstarch and chicken broth; add to wok. Stir until thickened.

Step 7Add chicken to wok and combine with vegetables and sauce.

Step 8Serve over cooked white or brown rice.
