  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 2 tsp
    sesame seeds
  • 1 lb
    chicken breast, cut into 2 inch strips
  • 2 c
    fresh broccoli flowerets
  • 1 medium
    onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 c
    fresh snow peas, strings removed
  • 1/2 c
    thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 c
    chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp

How to Make Chicken & Vegetable Stir-Fry


  1. Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring well. Add chicken to marinade, mixing well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat wok to medium high heat. Add chicken mixture and stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Remove chicken from wok, set aside, keep warm.
  4. Add broccoli and onion; stir-fry 2 minutes.
  5. Add snow peas, celery and mushrooms; stir-fry 2 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  6. Combine cornstarch and chicken broth; add to wok. Stir until thickened.
  7. Add chicken to wok and combine with vegetables and sauce.
  8. Serve over cooked white or brown rice.
