Ingredients
- 1 package ramen noodles
- 2 boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into pieces
- seasoning packet from noodles
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 small onion diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms stemmed and sliced
- 1 cup carrots cut into matchsticks
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup red cabbage thinly sliced
- fresh cilantro for garnish
- SAUCE
- 1 tablespoon each dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce and mirin
How To Make chicken vegetable ramen

Step 1Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside. Season the chicken with the packet of seasoning from the ramen package. Place oil in a wok or large skillet

Step 2Add the onion and garlic. Cook 2 minutes. Add the chicken and cook until the outsides are beginning to brown. Add the sauce mix and cook 1 minute. Add the mushrooms and cook 3 more minutes. Add the carrots cook 2 more minutes. Add the water and bring to a boil

Step 3Drop the noodles in the boiling water. Stir it around and then turn it over and keep cooking and breaking up the noodles. Add the cabbage and cook 2 minutes. Serve garnished with the cilantro
