When my children were young a friend of mine gave me this recipe. I have made it many times for my family. They love it every time. I haven't measured the ingredients out in a long time because I usually make it by memory now. It goes really well with either mashed potatoes or white rice.

How to Make Chicken Tumblers

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8x11" baking dish. Bring 4-6 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Cook chicken breast in boiling water until done (once they turn white). Cut into bite size pieces. Mix together with Miracle Whip. Roll up in crescent rolls. Place "Tumblers" into a 8x11" baking dish and place in 350 degree oven until golden brown.
