chicken tumblers

When my children were young a friend of mine gave me this recipe. I have made it many times for my family. They love it every time. I haven't measured the ingredients out in a long time because I usually make it by memory now. It goes really well with either mashed potatoes or white rice.

Ingredients
- 2-3 - boneless, skinlees chicken breasts
- 3 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons miralce whip
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
- 2 cans pilsbury crescent rolls
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
How To Make chicken tumblers

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8x11" baking dish. Bring 4-6 cups of water to a boil.

Step 2Cook chicken breast in boiling water until done (once they turn white). Cut into bite size pieces. Mix together with Miracle Whip. Roll up in crescent rolls. Place "Tumblers" into a 8x11" baking dish and place in 350 degree oven until golden brown.

Step 3While "Tumblers" are baking, mix soup, milk, flour, and salt & pepper until they have a gravy-like consistency. Set aside.

Step 4Once "Tumblers" are golden brown, remove pan from oven. Pour soup mixture over "Tumblers". Add cheddar cheese (optional). Place back in oven until soup bubbles.
