Ingredients

  • 2 cans diced tomatoes & green chilies undrained
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 3/4 cup corn tortilla strips or broken tortilla chips

How To Make chicken tortilla soup

  • Step 1
    stir together tomatoes, broth, beans & corn in med saucepan. bring to a boil. reduce heat to low & simmer 5 min. stir.
  • Step 2
    add chicken, heat through. serve soup topped with tortilla chips.
