Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- kosher salt
- olive oil
- 4 large chicken thighs
- 8 slices store bought fully cooked bacon
How To Make chicken thighs with sweet paprika wrapped in bacon

Step 1Zest the orange into a bowl. Eat the orange. Add the Sweet Paprika and salt. Mix well.

Step 2Preheat oven 400 degrees. . Place the chicken thighs on baking pan. Drizzle the olive oil over the thighs. Loosen the top skin and remove it but don't discard it.

Step 3Rub the Paprika mixture over the chicken thighs. Wrap 2 slice of bacon on each thigh. Carefully place the skin back over the chicken.

Step 4Back 30 to 40 minutes. until the chicken is done and skin is crispy.
