Ingredients For chicken thighs with honey garlic glaze

  • 4
    chicken thighs
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 4 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 c
    honey
  • 2
    scallions, chopped

How To Make chicken thighs with honey garlic glaze

    Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Add oil to a large saucepan and add the chicken skin side down and cook until the skin is golden then flip. Continue to cook about 30 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.

    Add the vinegar to the pan and scrap up the bits. Add the butter and once it melts add the garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add the honey and soy sauce and cook until it makes a glaze.

    Add the chicken back in and spoon the glaze over the chicken and cook about 10 more minutes. Serve garnished with scallions.
