Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 scallions, chopped
How To Make chicken thighs with honey garlic glaze

Step 1Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Add oil to a large saucepan and add the chicken skin side down and cook until the skin is golden then flip. Continue to cook about 30 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Step 2Add the vinegar to the pan and scrap up the bits. Add the butter and once it melts add the garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add the honey and soy sauce and cook until it makes a glaze.

Step 3Add the chicken back in and spoon the glaze over the chicken and cook about 10 more minutes. Serve garnished with scallions.
