Ingredients
- 6 bone in chicken thighs
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons corn starch
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground fennel seed
How To Make chicken thighs with honey dijon sauce

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Place the chicken skin side up in a baking pan and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes.

Step 2Meanwhile place the remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook until thickened.

Step 3Remove the chicken from the oven.

Step 4Pour the glaze over the chicken. Bake another 10 to 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
