Ingredients For chicken thighs with honey dijon sauce

    bone in chicken thighs
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp
    corn starch
  • 3 Tbsp
    honey
  • 3 Tbsp
    Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    corn syrup
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground fennel seed

How To Make chicken thighs with honey dijon sauce

    Preheat oven 350 degrees. Place the chicken skin side up in a baking pan and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes.

    Meanwhile place the remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook until thickened.

    Remove the chicken from the oven.

    Pour the glaze over the chicken. Bake another 10 to 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
