- 6 bone in chicken thighs
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons corn starch
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 3 tablespoons corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Thai red curry paste
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander
How To Make chicken thighs with coconut curry glaze

Step 1Season the chicken Thighs with salt and pepper. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Place the thighs in a baking pan skin side up. Bake for 20 minutes.

Step 2Meanwhile, put the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook until thickened.

Step 3Pour over the chicken. Bake another 10 to 15 minutes until the chicken is done.
