  • 3 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Thai red curry paste
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander

How To Make chicken thighs with coconut curry glaze

  • Step 1
    Season the chicken Thighs with salt and pepper. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Place the thighs in a baking pan skin side up. Bake for 20 minutes.

    Meanwhile, put the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook until thickened.
