Ingredients
- 4 bone in skin on chicken thighs
- salt and pepper
- 3 sprigs fresh sage leaves only
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup apricot jam chunks cut up
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- clove garlic minced
How To Make chicken thighs with apricot jam sage & lemon zest

Step 1In a large bowl massage the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Add the sage and 1 tbsp olive oil massage again. cover and let marinate over night.

Step 2Preheat oven 400 degrees. Grate the lemon zist into a small bowl. add the juice of the lemon and apricot jam. Mix well stir in the worcestershire sauce and garlic

Step 3Remove the chicken from the marinade and brush away the sage leaves. Rub the apricot glaze over the chicken thighs. Place the chicken into a baking pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
