Ingredients

  • 12 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can clove garlic
  • 1 can cream of mushroom 10 oz.
  • 1 can cream of chicken 10 oz
  • 1 cup chicken broth (no salt)
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 3 cups shredded american cheese
  • 4 cups shredded chicken or 2 cans drained
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons diced red bell pepper (optional)

How To Make chicken tetrazzini casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9x13 baking pan. Boil spaghetti. Drain and place in baking pan.
  • Step 2
    Heat butter, onion, garlic for 2 minutes. Add soup, broth, seasoning and 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Add chicken, mix well and fold into spaghetti. Cover with foil bake for 30 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Remove foil top and add remaining cheese for 2 minutes.
