    spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 can(s)
    clove garlic
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom 10 oz.
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken 10 oz
  • 1 c
    chicken broth (no salt)
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 3 c
    shredded american cheese
  • 4 c
    shredded chicken or 2 cans drained
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp
    diced red bell pepper (optional)

How to Make Chicken Tetrazzini Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Lightly grease 9x13 baking pan.
    Boil spaghetti. Drain and place in baking pan.
  2. Heat butter, onion, garlic for 2 minutes. Add soup, broth, seasoning and 1 1/2 cups of cheese.
    Add chicken, mix well and fold into spaghetti. Cover with foil bake for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove foil top and add remaining cheese for 2 minutes.
