Ingredients
- 12 ounces spaghetti
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons butter
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 can clove garlic
- 1 can cream of mushroom 10 oz.
- 1 can cream of chicken 10 oz
- 1 cup chicken broth (no salt)
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 3 cups shredded american cheese
- 4 cups shredded chicken or 2 cans drained
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons diced red bell pepper (optional)
How To Make chicken tetrazzini casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9x13 baking pan. Boil spaghetti. Drain and place in baking pan.

Step 2Heat butter, onion, garlic for 2 minutes. Add soup, broth, seasoning and 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Add chicken, mix well and fold into spaghetti. Cover with foil bake for 30 minutes.

Step 3Remove foil top and add remaining cheese for 2 minutes.
