mushrooms, sliced and drained

chicken, cooked and cubed
1/2 c
chopped parsley
1/3 c
grated parmesan cheese
1 pkg
spaghetti, cooked
1 jar(s)
pimentos, 4 ounces drained
1/2 c
shredded swiss cheese

How to Make Chicken Tetrazzini Bake


  • 1In large saucepan over medium heat, cook onions in butter until tender.
  • 2Stir in flour, salt, sage and pepper; cook until bubbly.
  • 3Stir in broth, milk and mushrooms.
  • 4Cook and stir until mixture boils and is slightly thickened.
  • 5Stir in remaining ingredients except swiss cheese.
  • 6Spoon into ungreased 12x8-inch (2-quart) baking dish; sprinkle with swiss cheese.
  • 7Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350-degree oven 20 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  • 8If desired, sprinkle with additional chopped fresh parsley.
