Chicken Tetrazzini

I originally found this recipe in a cookbook, but over the years I have modified it in my own way. Feel free to change or add it as you please. Enjoy!

celery, chopped
1 c
onion, chopped
3 Tbsp
1 1/2 c
chicken broth
8 oz
cream cheese
10 3/4 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 c
chicken, cooked & cubed
12 oz
thin spaghetti, cooked & drained
1/2 c
parmesan cheese


1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 13x9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2In a large frying pan, melt the butter and sautee the celery and onion for 2-3 minutes or until tender.
3Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
4Reduce heat to low. Add in cream cheese, and cream of mushroom soup. Stir until completely mixed.
5Add cooked chicken, Half of the parmesan cheese, and spaghetti noodles. Stir well.
6Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Top with remaining parmesan cheese.
7Bake for 20 minutes.
