I originally found this recipe in a cookbook, but over the years I have modified it in my own way. Feel free to change or add it as you please. Enjoy!

  • 1 c
    celery, chopped
  • 1 c
    onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 1 1/2 c
    chicken broth
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 10 3/4 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 1/2 c
    chicken, cooked & cubed
  • 12 oz
    thin spaghetti, cooked & drained
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese

How to Make Chicken Tetrazzini


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 13x9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large frying pan, melt the butter and sautee the celery and onion for 2-3 minutes or until tender.
  3. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low. Add in cream cheese, and cream of mushroom soup. Stir until completely mixed.
  5. Add cooked chicken, Half of the parmesan cheese, and spaghetti noodles. Stir well.
  6. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Top with remaining parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
