I originally found this recipe in a cookbook, but over the years I have modified it in my own way. Feel free to change or add it as you please. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 10 3/4 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken, cooked & cubed
  • 12 ounces thin spaghetti, cooked & drained
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

How To Make chicken tetrazzini

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 13x9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    In a large frying pan, melt the butter and sautee the celery and onion for 2-3 minutes or until tender.
  • Step 3
    Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  • Step 4
    Reduce heat to low. Add in cream cheese, and cream of mushroom soup. Stir until completely mixed.
  • Step 5
    Add cooked chicken, Half of the parmesan cheese, and spaghetti noodles. Stir well.
  • Step 6
    Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Top with remaining parmesan cheese.
  • Step 7
    Bake for 20 minutes.
