chicken tetrazzini
This is one of my favorite dinners! My family loves it and its so easy. I'm not into measuring things or timing I'm more of "wing-it" cook:) So I will give you an idea of cook times and measurements but please use your own judgement and do what works for you!

Ingredients
- 1/2 box spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry ( or chicken broth)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make chicken tetrazzini

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 350. Grease casserole dish with butter or non-stick spray.

Step 2Melt butter in medium saucepan. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly until smooth and bubbly on medium heat.

Step 3Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup broth and cream. Return to heat and bring to boil-stirring constantly for 1 minute. Remove from heat.

Step 4Stir in sherry, spaghetti, chicken and mushrooms. Pour into casserole dish and cover with parmesan cheese. Bake for about 20-30 mins until bubbly.
