chicken tetrazzini

This is my version of my sister favorite dish, Tetrazzini. I hope you like it as much as we do.

Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 - soup can of milk
- 1 - soup can of chicken broth
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups diced chicken
- 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
- 1/2 cup frozen baby peas
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- - pepper, to taste
- - classic spices, chicken seasoning to taste
- 1 package favorite noodles
- 1/2 to 3/4 cups bread crumbs
How To Make chicken tetrazzini

Step 1Preheat oven to 375º. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Place large sauce pan with water on stove and bring to a boil. Put favorite noodles in water and salt to taste. Cook until almost done. Drain.

Step 2In large fry pan, put some olive oil and saute the onion, carrot and celery. Put the milk, broth, soup, mayo and sour cream into the sauce pan you cooked the noodles in. Stir to blend well. Add the vegetables and chicken and mix until well blended.

Step 3Pour into a large 9x13 casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until it is bubbling in the middle and golden.

Step 4NOTE: If you don't have regular chicken on hand, you can use two 6 oz. cans of chicken. Drain one and not the other. Really good this way also.
