How to Make Chicken Tetrazzini

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375º. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Place large sauce pan with water on stove and bring to a boil. Put favorite noodles in water and salt to taste. Cook until almost done. Drain.
  2. In large fry pan, put some olive oil and saute the onion, carrot and celery. Put the milk, broth, soup, mayo and sour cream into the sauce pan you cooked the noodles in. Stir to blend well. Add the vegetables and chicken and mix until well blended.
  3. Pour into a large 9x13 casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until it is bubbling in the middle and golden.
  4. NOTE: If you don't have regular chicken on hand, you can use two 6 oz. cans of chicken. Drain one and not the other. Really good this way also.
