Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons sazon
  • 3 tablespoons adobo powder
  • 2 pounds boneless chicken breast
  • 12 ounces corn flakes crushed fine
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

How To Make chicken tenders

  • Step 1
    preheat oven 400 degrees,
  • Step 2
    put chicken breast between 2 pieces clear wrap and pound thick side down to 1 inch thick,then cut into strips
  • Step 3
    in a large bowl,crush flakes,add flour,adobo,sazon and mix well
  • Step 4
    in another bowl, mix 3 eggs,then dip chicken in eggs then flake mixture
  • Step 5
    pam spray 9 by 13 cassarole dish,lay chicken strips in a sngle layer no touching, bake 25 minutes or until done or deep fry till done then drain on cooling rack
