Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp
    sazon
  • 3 Tbsp
    adobo powder
  • 2 lb
    boneless chicken breast
  • 12 oz
    corn flakes crushed fine
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder

How to Make chicken tenders

Step-by-Step

  1. preheat oven 400 degrees,
  2. put chicken breast between 2 pieces clear wrap and pound thick side down to 1 inch thick,then cut into strips
  3. in a large bowl,crush flakes,add flour,adobo,sazon and mix well
  4. in another bowl, mix 3 eggs,then dip chicken in eggs then flake mixture
  5. pam spray 9 by 13 cassarole dish,lay chicken strips in a sngle layer no touching, bake 25 minutes or until done or deep fry till done then drain on cooling rack
