3boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut in to thin strips

1 cbuttermilk

1/4 csriracha hot sauce or louisiana hot sauce

2 cself-rising flour

1 Tbspgarlic powder
-
1 Tbsppaprika

1 1/2 Tbspeverglades seasoning, seasoning salt

·frying oil (enough to deep fry)

1/2 ccup mustard
-
1/4 cmayo
-
1/4 ccup honey
How to Make Chicken Tenders with Honey Mustard Sauce
- Combine 1st three ingredients. Marinate for at least 30 minutes
- Combine next 4 ingredients.
- Combine mustard, mayo and honey. Mix well and set aside
- Heat oil to temp of 320. Bread the tenders in the flour mixture and deep fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Plate up with honey mustard.
