    tomatoes, crushed large size
  • 1 can(s)
    corn
  • 1 small
    onion chopped
  • 1 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 c
    black olives sliced
  • 1/4 c
    veggie oil
  • ·
    meat from a boiled chicken chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    chili power
  • 1 1/2 c
    chicken broth
  • 3
    eggs beaten
  • 1 1/2 c
    corn meal,yellow

How to Make Chicken tamale casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. cook all except the last 3 ingredient together for 1/2 hour.Then mix the corn meal,eggs & broth together add this to the chicken mixture blend well.Pour into a greased 9x13 baking pan oven 375degrees for 45 mins.
