Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds whole chicken
- 1 can green echillada sauce
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 2 teaspoons chili seasoning
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups cooking oil - i use extra virgin olive oil
- 12 - corn tortillas
- 2 cups cheese
- 1/2 - lettuce, shredded
- 2 - totmato's chopped
- - sour cream
How To Make chicken tacos

Step 1Clean chicken and place in crock pot add all ingredients cook over night. Remove skin and bone, shred chicken meat. keep warm, pour oil in a dutch oven or deep pan on top of stove, fry corn tortillas

Step 2Add shredded chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream to fried tortilla and enjoy.
