Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut in strips
- 1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
- 10 ounces frozen corn kernels, thawed
- 1 - red or green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 - can chicken broth
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 1/2 cups minute rice
How To Make chicken taco rice

Step 1Brown chicken in hot oil. Add broth, sauce and taco seasonings. Simmer 5 minutes. Add corn and pepper. Bring back to boil. Add rice, and remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir before serving.

Step 2Shredded cheese, lettuce, diced tomato, diced onion and sour cream cam be sprinkled on top for a more taco taste.
