This is my 12-year-old son's favorite meal. If we don't have it once a week, he requests it! I cook up a large package of chicken breasts in advance, cube and freeze in 4-cup packages. Makes this a quick weeknight meal!

- 4 cups cooked, cubed chicken breast
- 2 cups stuffing cubes, dry
- 2/3 cup mayonaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
How To Make chicken-swiss casserole

Step 1Mix mayo and milk with a whisk, until combined and fairly smooth.

Step 2Stir together chicken cubes, stuffing cubes and Swiss Cheese. Stir in the mayo/milk mix.

Step 3Turn into a baking dish (11 x 9) sprayed with PAM. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
