I cook up a large package of chicken breasts in advance, cube and freeze in 4-cup packages. Makes this a quick weeknight meal!

- cooked, cubed chicken breast
- 2 c
- stuffing cubes, dry
- 2/3 c
- 1/2 c
- 1 1/2 c
- shredded swiss cheese
How to Make Chicken-Swiss Casserole
- 1Mix mayo and milk with a whisk, until combined and fairly smooth.
- 2Stir together chicken cubes, stuffing cubes and Swiss Cheese. Stir in the mayo/milk mix.
- 3Turn into a baking dish (11 x 9) sprayed with PAM.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
