chicken stuffing casserole

Another day when I used just what I had in the house for dinner..

Ingredients

  • 4 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 4 cups pepridge farms cornbread stuffing
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 1 package brown gravy mix
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (colby blend)

How To Make chicken stuffing casserole

  • Step 1
    bake chicken per package directions on baking
  • Step 2
    shred chicken after baked & cooled
  • Step 3
    preheat oven to 350'
  • Step 4
    in a bowl mix soup,milk,chicken,salt & pepper, & drained corn together
  • Step 5
    mix in cornbread stuffing coating lightly
  • Step 6
    pour into baking dish
  • Step 7
    mix your brown gray with a cup of cold water without cooking it
  • Step 8
    pour 1/2 cup over your casserole
  • Step 9
    place casserole in oven for 30minutes
  • Step 10
    heat the rest of the gravy thats left
  • Step 11
    take casserole out of oven pour gravy over top
  • Step 12
    top with shredded cheese & put back in the oven for 5 minutes
  • Step 13
    when done let cool before eating.Enjoy!
