Ingredients
- 1 package stuffing mix, chicken
- 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 6 - chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon paprika
How To Make chicken & stuffing bake

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Saute veggies in olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste

Step 2Prepare stuffing mix according to directions add sauted vegetables

Step 3Combine soup, milk and parsley, set aside.

Step 4Arrange stuffing across center of 3 quart baking dish.

Step 5Spoon small amount of soup mixture on bottom of casserole on either side of stuffing.

Step 6Arrange chicken breasts on soup mix, overlap if necessary.

Step 7Sprinkle with paprika.

Step 8Pour remaining soup mixture over chicken.

Step 9Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes.

Step 10Uncover and bake another 10 - 15 minutes.

Step 11Stir sauce before serving.

Step 12Garnish with extra parsley
