I adopted this from this site so it is not mine. I will take a picture and post. It is in the oven now.

Ingredients

  • 1 package stuffing mix, chicken
  • 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 6 - chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

How To Make chicken & stuffing bake

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 400. Saute veggies in olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste
  • Step 2
    Prepare stuffing mix according to directions add sauted vegetables
  • Step 3
    Combine soup, milk and parsley, set aside.
  • Step 4
    Arrange stuffing across center of 3 quart baking dish.
  • Step 5
    Spoon small amount of soup mixture on bottom of casserole on either side of stuffing.
  • Step 6
    Arrange chicken breasts on soup mix, overlap if necessary.
  • Step 7
    Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Step 8
    Pour remaining soup mixture over chicken.
  • Step 9
    Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes.
  • Step 10
    Uncover and bake another 10 - 15 minutes.
  • Step 11
    Stir sauce before serving.
  • Step 12
    Garnish with extra parsley
