Ingredients
- 4 cups pasta shells, cooked (large)
- 4 large chicken breasts, boneless
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon fennel
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 - garlic cloves
- 1 pound spinach leaves
How To Make chicken stuffed shells

Step 1Cook the pasta and cool.

Step 2Pound the chicken to a pulp, cook with everything except pasta and spinach.

Step 3Put this in the food processor or blender, drippings and all.

Step 4Proceed to make a firm paste, add spinach and mix thoroughly for 30 seconds.

Step 5Carefully spoon into shells (I use a baby food spoon) place shells into a baking dish, bake for 10 minutes at 300 (until all liquid is gone and the chicken is starting to get crusty around the edges.

Step 6Cover with your favorite sauce and enjoy.
