1Cut chicken in small bite size pieces, Sprinkle poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, and nutmeg over chicken and place chicken pieces Mushroom slices and water in non stick skillet and saute over med. heat until cooked on all sides about 5 minutes.
2Let liquid cook down until reduced in half about 3-5 minutes. Then take off heat and add low fat sour cream. Serve over Brown Rice or noodles. Garnish with chives or parsley. Enjoy
