Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large onion diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 8 ounces mushrooms sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons butter
- fresh parsley for garnish
How To Make chicken stroganoff

Step 1Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Add Olive oil to a large skillet. Brown both sides about 4 minutes each side. Remove chicken to a plate.

Step 2Add 3 tbsp. butter to skillet. Add the onions garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are browned. Add the flour and mix well. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Whisk to thicken.

Step 3Stir in the mustard and reduce the heat to simmer. Whisk in the sour cream. Add the chicken back to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 4Taste and adjust for salt and pepper. Cook the noodles in boiling salted water. Drain and mix in the 2 tbsp of butter. Serve the chicken and gravy over noodles and garnish with parsley
