Ingredients
- FOR THE STIR FRY
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 boneless skinless chicken thighs sliced
- 1/2 bunch asparagus trimmed
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 3 green onions chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- FOR THE BLACK VINEGAR SAUCE
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup black vinegar
- 1 tablespoon each fresh ginger grated and chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon hot chili oil
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons mirin
- rice for serving
How To Make chicken stir fry with black vinegar sauce

Step 1To make the sauce. Mix all ingredients together and set aside.

Step 2The stir fry Add oil to a wok or heavy pan. Add the chicken and brown it.

Step 3Add the asparagus and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add the snow peas and carrots stir fry 2 minutes. Add the sauce and cook 2 minutes

Step 4Serve over rice and garnish with green onions and cilantro
