Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breasts, boneless and cut in 1" pieces
- 2 cans chicken broth, non-fat
- 3 cups potatoes, cubed
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 6 ounces tomato paste, no salt added
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch

Step 1In a slow cooker, combine the first 11 ingredients; cover and cook on high for 4 hours.

Step 2Mix water and cornstarch until smooth; stir into stew.

Step 3Cook, covered, 30 minutes more or until the vegetables are tender.
