    pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 6 oz
    balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 2 tsp
    fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tsp
    fresh rosemary, finely minced
  • 2 tsp
    chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 6
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

How to Make Chicken Stefani


  1. Directions: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with a wire whisk.
  2. Marinate chicken for 8 hours or more.
  3. Pan fry in a skillet or grill over hot coals.
  4. Serve with rice and mixed vegetables.
