chicken spaghetti
This is one of my husband's favorite meals that I make. It's cheesy, spicy and sure is filling! I mostly make this in the Fall/Winter time. Perfect for left overs!

Ingredients
- 1 pound of any pasta (i prefer rigatoni)
- 2-3 - large chicken breasts (to make it easier, faster, and tastier, i buy a rotisseri chicken)
- 1 - block of velvetta
- 1 can rotel
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 medium onion (optional)
How To Make chicken spaghetti
-
Step 1Bake chicken at 350 degrees until fully cooked. At the same time, boil pasta.
-
Step 2While chicken and pasta are cooking, cube Velvetta, and dice the onion.
-
Step 3After chicken is cooked, cool. If using a Rotisseri chicken, shred chicken.
-
Step 4Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Keep oven on if you have baked your chicken.
-
Step 5Drain pasta, and mix in with other ingredients. Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish, and bake til all ingredients have melted together. Mmmm...enjoy!
