Ingredients

4
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 medium
onion, chopped
1/2 c
celery, chopped
1/2 c
bell pepper, chopped
3 Tbsp
butter
8 oz
velveeta
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)
rotel tomatoes
12 pkg
spaghetti

How to Make Chicken Spaghetti

Step-by-Step

  • 1Boil chicken in salted water. Save the water to boil pasta in.
  • 2Saute celery, onions, and bell peppers in butter. Melt Velveeta in a dish in the microwave.
  • 3Boil spaghetti until al dente and drain. Mixtogether both cans of soup and rotels. Add melted cheese and mix.
  • 4Add all to the spaghetti and salt and pepper to taste. (I always add a little garlic powder) Mix well and add to a 9 x 13 greased baking dish.
  • 5Bake for 20 minutes on 350 degrees.
