This is one of my favorite meals. This is one of the meals that is even better leftover the next day. I love this stuff and I'm sure that you will too!

Ingredients

  • 2 packages chicken breast strips (or about 5 breast halves)
  • 1 package spaghetti noodles (large)
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 2 cans nacho cheese or nacho cheese soup
  • 6-8 sticks celery (chopped)
  • 1 package fresh mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 package almond slivers
  • - grated cheese

How To Make chicken spaghetti

  • Step 1
    Boil chicken until cooked. Dice or shred chicken. Reserve chicken stock.
  • Step 2
    Cook spaghetti noodles in the chicken stock.
  • Step 3
    Saute onion, celery and mushrooms in a skillet with butter.
  • Step 4
    Place the soups and nacho cheese into a large mixing bowl and place in microwave until it mixes easily.
  • Step 5
    Add chicken, celery, mushrooms and onions to the bowl then mix well.
  • Step 6
    Add noodles and almonds then mix well again.
  • Step 7
    Place the mixture into a large baking dish, cover with lid or foil and cook for 30 minutes in a pre-heated 375° oven.
  • Step 8
    After 30 minutes, remove lid or foil and cover with grated cheese. Place back in oven until melted. You can also use broil to melt the cheese.
