This is one of my favorite meals. This is one of the meals that is even better leftover the next day. I love this stuff and I'm sure that you will too!

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg
    chicken breast strips (or about 5 breast halves)
  • 1 pkg
    spaghetti noodles (large)
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of celery soup
  • 2 can(s)
    nacho cheese or nacho cheese soup
  • 6-8 stick
    celery (chopped)
  • 1 pkg
    fresh mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 medium
    onion (chopped)
  • 1 pkg
    almond slivers
  • ·
    grated cheese

How to Make Chicken Spaghetti

Step-by-Step

  1. Boil chicken until cooked. Dice or shred chicken. Reserve chicken stock.
  2. Cook spaghetti noodles in the chicken stock.
  3. Saute onion, celery and mushrooms in a skillet with butter.
  4. Place the soups and nacho cheese into a large mixing bowl and place in microwave until it mixes easily.
  5. Add chicken, celery, mushrooms and onions to the bowl then mix well.
  6. Add noodles and almonds then mix well again.
  7. Place the mixture into a large baking dish, cover with lid or foil and cook for 30 minutes in a pre-heated 375° oven.
  8. After 30 minutes, remove lid or foil and cover with grated cheese. Place back in oven until melted. You can also use broil to melt the cheese.
