I've had chicken spaghetti and liked it, seen recipes for it but I wanted something that was different, so I made this.

Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 c
    cubed chicken
  • 1 pkg
    dry spaghetti, cooked as directed
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg
    8 oz cream cheese, room temp
  • 1 can(s)
    rot-el, i used medium hot, you can use mild, medium or hot
  • 1 can(s)
    5 oz green chilies
  • 2 c
    chicken broth
  • 2 c
    cheese, shredded, can be chedder, colby, co-jack

How to Make Chicken Spaghetti

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix chicken, soup, cream cheese, Ro-Tel, green chilies and broth in a large bowl.
  2. Add cooked spaghetti and mix well.
  3. Pour into a greased 3 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
