This is one of my favorite dishes. If you're not a fan of cheese soup, you can always substitute. However, you can't tell that cheese soup is used in this recipe. It has a lot of great flavor and easy to prepare too.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 - red bell pepper, chopped
  • 8 ounces pkg fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 - cans cheddar condensed soup
  • 1 package hickory smoked real bacon bits or 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled.
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced

How To Make chicken spaghetti

  • Step 1
    Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain, and place into a large bowl.
  • Step 2
    Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and saute onion, red pepper, and mushrooms for 6 to 7 minutes or until tender. Combine veggie mixture and remaining ingredients with cooked spaghetti.
  • Step 3
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Transfer spaghetti mixture into a greased 13x9 casserole dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
