Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups milk
- 4 teaspoons cooking sherry
- 14 ounces cooked spaghetti
- 4 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 3 ounces can mushrooms (optional)
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make chicken spaghetti

Step 1Melt butter. Blend in flour and seasonings. Cook over low heat until smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in broth and milk -- heat until boiling. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Stir in wine, spaghetti, chicken and mushrooms (optional). Poor into ungreased casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 30 minutes.
