Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

1chicken
-
8 ozspaghetti
-
1 can(s)cream of celery soup
-
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
-
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
-
4 mediumcarrots, chopped
-
1/4 cchopped green pepper
-
1/2 mediumonion, chopped (optional)
-
1 smalljar sliced mushrooms (i dice these up in mine)

1 lbvelveeta cheese, cubed
-
1 can(s)rotel (i use mild.)
-
·salt & pepper to taste (i use lemon pepper.)

1/4 ccelery, chopped
How to Make Chicken Spaghetti
- In large pot, stew chicken, carrots, onion, celery, and green pepper together until the chicken is done. Remove chicken and bring broth to a boil; add spaghetti and cook until tender.
- Next, add soups, mushrooms, Rotel, and seasonings; simmer about 3-4 minutes. Remove chicken from bones, tear into bite-size pieces; add to spaghetti and vegetables.
- Add cubed Velveeta and simmer 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is melted.
- NOTE: This is really good the second day when the seasonings and ingredients have had time to set together.
