This has been a favorite of my entire family, and when my kids were in high school, their friends stopped by for a bowl when they knew I had fixed this dish.

Ingredients
- 1 - chicken
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 4 medium carrots, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped (optional)
- 1 small jar sliced mushrooms (i dice these up in mine)
- 1 pound velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 can rotel (i use mild.)
- - salt & pepper to taste (i use lemon pepper.)
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
How To Make chicken spaghetti

Step 1In large pot, stew chicken, carrots, onion, celery, and green pepper together until the chicken is done. Remove chicken and bring broth to a boil; add spaghetti and cook until tender.

Step 2Next, add soups, mushrooms, Rotel, and seasonings; simmer about 3-4 minutes. Remove chicken from bones, tear into bite-size pieces; add to spaghetti and vegetables.

Step 3Add cubed Velveeta and simmer 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is melted.

Step 4NOTE: This is really good the second day when the seasonings and ingredients have had time to set together.
