My great grandmother's recipe. This is a yummy winter dish!! Feel free to use chicken breasts but I think the combination of dark and white meat gives it great flavor!

    spaghetti

How to Make Chicken Spaghetti

Step-by-Step

  1. Boil whole chicken with cut up onion and celery salt. After boiling let cool.(I usually put mine in the fridge to cool faster.) Do not pour out broth.
  2. Drain about 1/2 c. of chicken broth. Debone chicken and put back in the chicken broth. Bring to boil.
  3. Add spaghetti and cook al dente. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Add cheddar cheese soup and both cans of cream of mushroom soup. Simmer for 30 min. Remove from burner and let stand to thicken.
