1Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Boil Chicken until liquids run clear. Let Chicken cool and cut into cubes.
Boil spaghetti noodles until al dente.
2Melt butter and onion in sauce pan over low/medium heat. Once melted add Velvetta, Rotel and chicken broth. Stir occasionally until cheese is melted. Stir in cubed chicken.
3Place cooked noodles in baking dish. Stir in chicken/cheese mixture. Mix to cover all noodles with chicken/cheese mixture. Bake for 30 minutes.
