How to Make Chicken Souvlaki
- Trim all fat and membranes from chicken. Slice each breast into 3 filets. Score the filets with a sharp knife, being careful not to cut the chicken all the way through.
- Mix the remaining ingredients to make the marinade. Marinate chicken filets overnight in the refrigerator.
- Grill chicken and serve on warmed pita bread with sliced onions, fresh sliced tomatoes, feta cheese and Tsatziki sauce (recipe posted separately).
