Ingredients
- 4-6 - large boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 2 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
How To Make chicken souvlaki

Step 1Trim all fat and membranes from chicken. Slice each breast into 3 filets. Score the filets with a sharp knife, being careful not to cut the chicken all the way through.

Step 2Mix the remaining ingredients to make the marinade. Marinate chicken filets overnight in the refrigerator.

Step 3Grill chicken and serve on warmed pita bread with sliced onions, fresh sliced tomatoes, feta cheese and Tsatziki sauce (recipe posted separately).
