chicken "soup"
I did a bazaar at the local high school, where this amazing soup was a lunch option. It was so good, I asked for the recipe. Sorry, soup went into quotations as it was more like chicken and dumplings to me, something I wanted a recipe for that was this good and easy. And, the request came with the recipe! Enjoy...I sure did!

Ingredients
- boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs (she used both)

- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 24 ounces bag of mrs reams frozen noodles
How To Make chicken "soup"
-
Step 1Do this in a crockpot, all day.... Chicken broth and chicken, high 2-4 hours, low 6-8 hours.
-
Step 2Shred chicken with forks (she left huge pieces of chicken, and it was fantastic, so shredding may be a little too fine?).
-
Step 3Add: both soups and noodles. Cook on high 1 hour.
